Train as if you were in Thailand. Warming-up, shadow boxing and focus mitt-training are part of the program. I will improve your technique as if you were a pro, making you stronger by mitt-training.  Hits, kicks - elbows and knees… round by round.

Fascia roll and trigger ball are indeed two all-rounder tools. We will make use of both of them to get your body back in shape. In this context, our main goal will be to dissipate tensions and knots. At the same time, we will provide for improved mobility and flexibility and ensure your body regenerates quicker.
